Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClanHQ (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and [Your SRL Name] SRL, Romania (“ClanHQ”, “we”, “us”).

2. Service Description

ClanHQ is a clan management and operations platform for World of Tanks. It provides organisational tools including roster management, recruitment tracking, battle planning, and activity analytics. ClanHQ is designed to support clan administration — it does not provide gameplay automation, real-time coaching, or any feature that would constitute a competitive advantage within the game.

ClanHQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wargaming.net Limited. World of Tanks is a trademark of Wargaming.net Limited.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use ClanHQ.
• You must hold a valid Wargaming account to access clan-linked features of the Service.
• You must comply with Wargaming's own Terms of Service independently. ClanHQ is not responsible for your compliance with Wargaming's terms.
• By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at support@clanhq.app.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account details up to date. Accounts using false information may be suspended.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use ClanHQ to:

• Automate gameplay or obtain any unfair competitive advantage in World of Tanks.
• Scrape, bulk-export, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
• Violate Wargaming's API Terms of Use or any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair ClanHQ or interfere with other users.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

ClanHQ offers a free tier and paid plans (“Commander” and “War Ready”) available on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's own terms and conditions.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date.
• Refunds (monthly): Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for unused time following cancellation.
• Refunds (annual): Annual subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the paid features have not been substantially used. After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Consumer law: Your statutory rights under Romanian consumer protection law (OUG 34/2014) and applicable EU consumer regulations are unaffected by the above.

7. Intellectual Property

ClanHQ and its content, design, and code are owned by [Your SRL Name] SRL. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from ClanHQ content without written permission.

World of Tanks game data displayed in ClanHQ is provided by Wargaming under their Public API and remains the intellectual property of Wargaming.net Limited.

8. Privacy

Your use of ClanHQ is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

9. Wargaming Disclaimer

ClanHQ is an independent application that uses the official Wargaming Public API to retrieve publicly available World of Tanks data. ClanHQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wargaming.net Limited. The use of Wargaming API data is subject to Wargaming's API Terms of Use.

10. Limitation of Liability

ClanHQ is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We are not liable for:

• Wargaming API outages, rate limits, or data unavailability.
• Loss of clan data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Decisions made by clan officers or commanders based on data displayed in ClanHQ.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to ClanHQ in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the entire Service with reasonable advance notice where possible.
• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
• Update these Terms — we will notify users of material changes. Continued use after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Romania. EU consumer protection regulations apply where relevant. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Romanian courts, except where mandatory EU regulations provide otherwise.
